Richard revamped five of my favourite pictures mainly because they had thunderflies under the glass which really spoilt how they looked. Although we kept the frames, Richard suggested the surrounds be replaced because they had faded quite considerably and took great care in finding ones that were a close colour match to the originals. I am so glad of that advice as it has really brought them to life, they now look fantastic.
Richard then showed me the ‘magic’ glass – I just had to have that in three of the framed pictures which hold special memories for me. You almost cannot see the glass at all, I had to touch one of them just to check it was there! I would definitely recommend Pen Hill Framing as the quality of the work, the friendly and no pressure approach together with such a reasonable cost is fantastic. I now look at all of my pictures again with the pleasure they gave me when I first got them.
